Prior to co-founding Kensei Partners, Eric was a Sr. Trainer and Consultant with Basho Technologies where he drew upon his 20 years of successful direct sales, business development and sales management experience to drive unprecedented results for Basho’s clients.
At Basho, Eric worked closely with executive leadership, line sales management, and individual contributors to create repeatable and measurable programs for direct and indirect sales teams along with channel partners. These programs focused on the areas of executive demand generation, increasing lead-to-opportunity conversion ratios and process execution design and implementation. A proven entrepreneurial sales professional, Eric has spent the majority of his career building customer bases and exceeding revenue goals in both category leading and venture-funded software companies. He brings extensive experience selling disruptive technologies and new products in both new and mature markets. Eric graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
