Kensei focuses on the execution that Sales needs the most, the “other half”, or buy-side of Sales. We teach sales teams, and the corporate supply chain that supports them, exactly HOW to execute objectively in the selling moment in the language of the buyer.

Kensei consults with organizations to develop customized programs that meet their specific needs. We are passionate about raising the state of the profession through strategic and tactical mastery.

Eric Shaver

A proven entrepreneurial sales professional, Eric has spent the majority of his career market-making, building customer bases and exceeding revenue goals in both category leading and venture-funded software companies. He brings extensive experience selling disruptive technologies and new products in both new and mature markets.

Prior to co-founding Kensei Partners, Eric was a Sr. Trainer and Consultant with Basho Technologies where he drew upon his 19 years of successful direct sales, business development and sales management experience to drive unprecedented sales results for Basho’s clients.

Eric graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
