KENSEI 5 – Testimonial

Believe it or not we just had our first forecast review using the scorecard.  Here is my take on things:

  1. It reinforces our current sales engagement model
  2. It makes it easier for a new salesperson to adopt and understand our sales engagement model
  3. It is an excellent gauge as to where the deal stands
  4. It shortens our discussions about a deal
  5. In and of itself it is not a sales methodology
  6. We will tweak the form as time moves forward

All in All management loves it and we will continue to use it.  I am constantly reminding them to ask for something when we get asked. Hopefully we will have drilled that into their brains.
